Oh, but Twilight is tough, she crashed into TOM in discord episode, she was crushed and smashed and hurt all over the place in Pinkie Keen episode,and there are many more tough situations where Twilight must endure, I am sure that some small crash into Tree while training flying is nothing in front what Twilight experienced in her life.

I bet she can endure crashing in stone wall, especially as Alicorn ( Twilight is little bigger and probably have more endurance, after all Alicorns represent powered Unicorns as well as Pegasi and Earth Ponies in one ).
